Amy has lived in New York since 2005 and has been affiliated with CFSC since 2008. She has been on the board since 2012, serving three years as the membership chairman before assuming the role as president. She currently resides in Waterville with her husband and three children, all of whom have skated with the club.
Professionally, Amy has a graduate degree in political science, with a concentration in methodology. After working for several years as a research associate for an economics research firm and teaching political science classes as adjunct faculty, she decided to use her education to home educate her children. She is happy to contribute her time to the club. Although the time commitment can be daunting at times, the rewards come every time she sees a child smile while spending time with the club. "The kids, that is why we do what we do."
